My clinical approach is grounded in evidence-based trauma treatments, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). Guided by my Christian faith, I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental environment where clients can explore their struggles deeply and authentically.
